Page 2. Your Aviator timepiece has been produced to very exacting standards. All parts are of the highest quality, assembled and tested with the greatest of care. Your timepiece is guaranteed against all defects for a period of 24 months from date of purchase. The guarantee, however, does not cove damages through accident misuse or immersion in water. (See Page 4 Water Resistance)

This guarantee does not affect you statutory right.

If your timepiece requires attention under the terms of the guarantee, then please post your timepiece together with the Retailers Sales receipt or Proof of Purchase, the completed Guarantee slip on the back cover of this booklet and with a brief explanation of the nature of th fault, by Registered Post or recorded delivery to your nearest service centre

Your Aviator timepiece is water resistant to 5/10 atmospheres and is clearly marked with the static water pressure indicator (5ATM/10ATM) on the caseback

5ATM: Suitable for short periods in water and gentle swimming

10ATM: Suitable for normal swimming, no diving or any kind

Your Aviator timepiece is a precision instrument. Follow these instructions to get the best possible performance from your timepiece

Operating and Adjusting Your Timepiece

Your quartz analogue watch is powered by a battery which was inserted at the time of manufacture and will require periodic replacement. If your watch stops have the battery checked as soon as possible.. A "dead" battery may cause serious damage to the movement if left inside too long

New batteries can be supplied and fitted by most reputable High Street Jewellers or watchmakers and repair centres. Do not try to open the caseback yourself

NB. The fitting of an incorrect battery could permanently damage the movement

12 o'clock Sub-Dial: Is the STOP WATCH 1/10 second hand
- 1/2 round is 1 second, full round is 2 seconds)
- it will automatically stop moving after 30 rounds or 60 seconds

6 o'clock Sub-Dial: is the STOP WATCH second hand
- 1 full round is 60 seconds
- when the 1/10 second hand automatically stop after 30 rounds or 60 second, the second hand will continue to move

9 o'clock Sub-Dial: is the STOP WATCH minute hand
- 1 full round is 60 minutes

2 o'clock Button: is the STOP WATCH Start Button.
- Once pressed, the above 3 dials will starts to move and record the STOP WATCH timing

4 o'clock Button: is the STOP WATCH Reset Button.
- Once pressed, all the 3 dials will return to ZERO position

3 o'clock Crown Button: is to adjust time TIME and DATE
- Adjust by pulling out the Crown Button
- 1st Click, adjucting the calendar by turning clockwise
- 2nd Click, adjust the minute hand, hour hand and the Chrono Hand (second hand) by turning clockwise
- Push it back in to stop adjusting

10 o'clock Red Colored knob: Is to turn to rotate the major Cities Dial so as to read the world time.
