There is a huge difference between knowledge and experience

Human Resourse and companies don't hire based on knowledge, they hire based on experience

It is not how much you know, it's about how many mistakes you have already made

If you have not made the mistakes, you do not know how painful and cannot avoid it, it is those who already had the experience of the mistakes will know how painful and do everything to avoid it.
