Before you grant an Option to Purchase (OTP) to a flat buyer, please take note of the following:

• Quota under the Ethnic Integration Policy (EIP) and Quota for Non-Malaysian Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
  You can sell your flat to any buyer, regardless of their ethnic group and citizenship.

  This result is valid if you submit a resale application inJun 2020. Both quota are updated on the first calendar day of every month.
• Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD)
  You may need to pay a Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD) when you dispose of the flat within a certain holding period. Please refer to IRAS website (Other Taxes > Stamp Duty for Property) for more information on the SSD.
• Planning to buy another HDB Flat
  You can submit an Intent to Buy.
  You can also make use of the Resale Financial Plan e-service to plan for the next purchase.
  You can check the remaining lease of a particular HDB block via the HDB Map Services
  You are not eligible to apply for an HDB rental flat for thirty (30) months after the sale of your existing flat. After 30 months, you must comply with all prevailing conditions to apply for an HDB rental flat.
