How to (Window) and iPhone related?

The following will show some of how to use the window 8

How to delete or erase everything from iPhone?
Make sure you are in wifi zone or there is a valid SIM card that allow you to be connected to 3G/4G
Make sure you Turn OFF "Find My iPhone" and sign out from Apple id and iCloud before you Erase all content and settings. This is a MUST so that there is no complication later
1) Turn OFF "Find My iPhone
2) Sing Out from Apple id and iCloud
3) Erase All Content and Settings from iPhone
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings -> Erase Now -> Enter Password
-> Erase iPhone -> Erase iPhone -> key in Apple ID -> Erase -> it will reboot
-> then go to the set up screen

Updating of latest version of ios to iTune
- when the iPhone has been updated with the latest version of the ios, that doesn't means the iTune has also been updated
- Open iTune on PC -> Help -> Check for updates -> Your iPhone is up to date -> ok -> a version of the ios is ready for download -> Do you want to download and update -> this will download into the iTune
- On the Top Right - you can see a circle with a download arrow, when click on it, you will see that it is downloading and the time remained to download

How to fix iPhone DCIM folder is empty problem
Go to your iPhone
1) Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Location & Privacy -> enter password -> reset Settings
-> enter password again
2) Unplug or disconnect the USB port from PC and connect it again to PC
3) Click Trust on the iPhone
5) Repeat step (2) until there is a separate folder appear for iPhone only
6) Now you should be able to see the iPhone with the storage bar
7) Click on the iPhone and storage bar, the DCIM Folder on your computer should appear

If you want to see chronological of the photos, you should look at the latest or highest number folder (example 115Apple), never look at the (iCloud folder), they are not in chronological order, they are in random order

1) Make sure you iPhone is not locked (that means it is on a black screen standby mode). Make sure you unlock by keying in the password

2) Click Trust on the iPhone. Reset the Location and Privacy settings, then connect iPhone to PC, then Click Trust on iPhone. Then close the folder and reopen it.

3) Authorize your computer
Open iTune on PC -> Account -> Authorize this computer -> Key in Apple id and PW -> Authorize
-> iPhone (press ok) -> iPhone appear 6 digit -> key into iTune

1. Settings (mouse to the far right as it you want to shut down computer) -> Change PC Settings

Press Window key -> Search for Settings -> Click PC Settings
2. Click Update and Recovery
3. Under Windows Update, click Check Now
4. Install

How to delete iphone Backup from iTune on PC or Window
1) Open iTune on PC
2) Edit - Prefrences - Devices
3) You should be able to see a list of history of back ups
4) Select and Delete
